Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic healthcare services and health education to individuals and families in the community.
• Promote awareness regarding hygiene, nutrition, maternal and child health, and preventable diseases.
• Assist in immunization campaigns and other public health initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of health activities, patient data, and community surveys.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and local authorities to ensure effective service delivery.
• Identify and refer individuals requiring specialized medical attention to appropriate health facilities.
