Key Responsibilities

• Hub Manager – Commercial & SME: Lead and manage commercial and SME business development, oversee branch operations, ensure target achievement, and cultivate strong client relationships.
• Team Leaders – Corporate Banking: Supervise and mentor corporate banking teams, manage key corporate client portfolios, drive business growth in the corporate sector, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
• Agriculture Credit Officers: Develop and manage a portfolio of agricultural clients, assess credit applications for agricultural loans, ensure effective recovery, and provide tailored financial solutions to the farming community.
• Contribute to achieving the bank's strategic objectives and maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Implement and adhere to all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
