PERA offers a competitive compensation package, including a basic salary (BS-11 pay scale), supplemented by a special PERA Allowance, totaling an estimated PKR 45,000 – 55,000 per month. Upon successful fee deposition, your physical test identification slip will be issued online. 7. Bring the identification slip along with all original documents to the physical test. 8.
