Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural and structural design projects.
• Oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and procurement processes.
• Develop 3D visualizations and animations for project presentations.
• Provide technical assistance in structural design and drafting.
• Perform quantity surveying and assist with procurement tasks.
• Prepare and manage project documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and departmental standards.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Master's, Bachelor's, or DAE degree in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering from a recognized institution. A minimum of 1 to 10 years of relevant professional experience is required, varying by position. Applicants should be between 22 and 40 years of age. All appointments are on a contract basis, extendable upon satisfactory performance.
