Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers in accordance with accounting principles.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
  • Support the finance department in audit preparations and compliance activities.
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to accounts and finance.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in financial accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university. A minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in accounts and finance is essential for this role. Applicants must hold a Punjab domicile.
