Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee functions within specific departments such as Accounts & Finance, MIRAD (Transmission Planning, Load Forecasting, Legal & Contracts), Supply Chain, Customer Services, and Information Technology (System/Network Administration).
• Supervise operations in MIS, Legal, HR & Admin, Audit, Internal Audit, Civil, and Company Secretariat roles.
• Ensure efficient service delivery, compliance with regulatory standards, and strategic goal attainment within the respective areas.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and effective management of electricity infrastructure and customer services in the Hazara Division.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline, such as ACA, ACMA, ACCA, CA, ICMA, M.Com, MBA, B.Com, BBA, BSc, or LLB, from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission. Relevant professional experience is required, typically ranging from 2 to 4 years in a similar capacity. Applicants should be between 40 and 50 years of age to be considered for these positions.
