Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operational risk units, ensuring robust frameworks.
• Oversee the implementation and monitoring of Credit Administration Department (CAD) policies.
• Conduct in-depth IFRS-9 and risk analytics for strategic decision-making.
• Perform comprehensive credit risk reviews and assessments.
• Analyze, identify, and mitigate operational risk exposures.
• Evaluate and manage environmental risks pertinent to banking operations.
• Execute penetration testing to proactively identify and address security vulnerabilities.
• Ensure stringent adherence to Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) standards.
