Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural and structural design aspects for senior managerial positions.
• Oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems management and procurement operations.
• Develop compelling 3D visualizations and animations for project planning and presentations.
• Prepare precise structural, MEP, and general technical drafts and engineering drawings.
• Conduct comprehensive quantity surveying, cost estimation, and budget management.
• Support procurement activities, ensuring compliance with departmental policies and regulations.
• Maintain meticulous project documentation and robust record-keeping systems.
