Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage comprehensive human resource functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and federal guidelines.
• Oversee supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Manage financial aspects related to supply chain activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.
• Contribute to strategic SCM planning and execution for enhanced operational efficiency.
• Customize and optimize business applications to meet specific organizational requirements and improve workflow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system enhancements, implement solutions, and ensure seamless integration.
• Provide technical support and training for customized applications to end-users.
