Key Responsibilities

• Chief Manager – Industrial / Commercial Billing: Lead and manage industrial and commercial billing operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Deputy Chief Manager – Billing: Support the billing department in overseeing processes and ensuring smooth execution of billing cycles.
• Engineer / Deputy Manager – IT Risk Management: Develop, implement, and monitor IT risk management strategies, focusing on cyber security and information security compliance.
• Engineer – Operational Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks, ensuring adherence to safety and asset management standards.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, especially for senior roles.
• Proficiency in financial management and utility sector billing practices.
• Expertise in IT Risk Management, Cyber Security, and Information Security frameworks (NIST 800-53, ISO-27001, COBIT, ITIL).
• Knowledge of operational risk management methodologies, ISO 31000, ISO 55001, HSE, and process safety standards.
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CIRM, NEBOSH, and IOSH are highly desirable.
• Mandatory PEC registration for all engineering positions.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following educational background and professional experience:

• Chief Manager – Industrial / Commercial Billing: An ACMA qualification with a minimum of 6 years post-membership experience in a utility company, OR an MBA (HEC recognized) with at least 9 years of experience in a utility environment, including a minimum of 4 years as a Functional / Team Lead.
• Deputy Chief Manager – Billing: An ACMA qualification with at least 4 years post-membership experience in a utility company, OR an MBA (HEC recognized) with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a utility sector.
• Engineer / Deputy Manager – IT Risk Management: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT with at least 4 years of relevant experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Engineer – Operational Risk Management: A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
