Program Officer, Research Analyst, & Research Associate at PMDFC

The Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC) is actively seeking dynamic, eligible, and highly motivated professionals to join its team. These contract-based positions, including Program Officer, Research Analyst, and Research Associate, are crucial for supporting the Punjab Cities Program (PCP) established under PMDFC, with administrative support from the LG&CD Department. Ideal candidates will contribute to enhancing municipal services and sustainable urban development in Punjab.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Officer (Environment): Oversee environmental aspects of development projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting sustainable practices.
• Research Analyst (Environment & Social Safeguards): Conduct thorough research and analysis on environmental and social safeguard policies, providing insights for project implementation and risk mitigation.
• Research Associate (Finance / Planning): Support financial planning, economic analysis, and strategic project planning initiatives within the company.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering/Sciences, Environment Management, Gender Studies, Social Work, Anthropology, Social Sciences, Economics, or a BBA in a relevant discipline from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university. A minimum of 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity is required. The maximum age limit for these positions is 45 to 55 years.
