The Planning Commission of Pakistan, operating under the Ministry of Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives, is inviting applications from qualified Pakistani Nationals for several key leadership positions. These contract-based roles, including Project Director and various Director-level positions, are crucial for national development initiatives, particularly those related to the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and the Integrated Energy Planning (IEP) for Sustainable Development project. Successful candidates will be based in Islamabad and will contribute significantly to strategic planning and brand development within the federal government.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage strategic national development projects, with a focus on CPEC and IEP initiatives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to business education, corporate branding, and SME brand development.
  • Develop and implement policies and strategies to achieve the objectives of the National Centre for Brand Development (NCBD).
  • Ensure effective coordination and collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance and leadership in relevant fields to drive project success.

Qualifications

A minimum of 8 to 15 years of progressive professional experience in the relevant field is required, demonstrating a strong track record of leadership and project success.
