Description

The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), a pivotal organization operating under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, is actively seeking applications for the critical role of Assistant Manager, Liaisoning & Coordination. This position, offered on a contract basis under the Public Sector Development Program (PSDP), is instrumental in ensuring seamless communication and effective coordination between PSEB and external governmental bodies, regulatory authorities, and various stakeholders, thereby contributing significantly to Pakistan's national digital transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate official communication and ensure the timely advancement of company matters with external entities.
  • Conduct visits to government offices for the purpose of securing necessary approvals, No Objection Certificates (NOCs), and various licenses.
  • Prepare and submit required documentation, diligently following up on pending cases to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments to compile and organize all necessary paperwork and information.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust professional relationships with government officials and key stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in official meetings and generate comprehensive, accurate reports for senior management review.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Education: A minimum Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university in Management Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of four (04) years of post-qualification professional experience in administration, finance, and operations within a reputable organization.
  • Age Limit: The maximum age for applicants is 45 years.
