Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily bus operations, ensuring strict compliance with all regulatory standards and operational protocols.
  • Develop and implement strategies for infrastructure maintenance, improvement, and expansion within the transport network.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business development opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Supervise operational teams, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
  • Manage the executive oversight of electrical and mechanical systems, including planning, maintenance, and fault resolution.
  • Develop and enforce robust security and safety protocols across all transport operations to ensure passenger and staff well-being.

Required Skills

  • Strong capabilities in engineering, including mechanical, electrical, electronic, and civil disciplines.
  • Proven expertise in supervision, team leadership, and operational management.
  • Adeptness in business development, strategic planning, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in transport planning, compliance, and safety management systems.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, or Computer Science from a recognized higher education institution. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience in roles pertinent to the transport sector, public administration, or relevant engineering fields. The age limit for these positions ranges from 35 to 42 years. Both male and female candidates holding a domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are strongly encouraged to apply.
