Key Responsibilities

• Chief Executive Officer (CEO):
• - Provide strategic vision and overall leadership for the Danish University Trust.
• - Oversee the effective management and administration of all Trust operations.
• - Cultivate strong relationships with government bodies, educational stakeholders, and the community.
• - Drive institutional growth, ensure financial sustainability, and achieve the Trust's strategic objectives.
• - Implement and uphold robust governance frameworks and operational policies.
• Trust Secretary:
• - Ensure stringent compliance with all corporate governance standards, statutory requirements, and the Trust Deed.
• - Manage comprehensive statutory and regulatory filings, maintaining meticulous official records.
• - Offer expert legal and procedural counsel to the Board of Trustees.
• - Facilitate efficient board meetings, including preparing agendas, circulating documents, and accurately recording minutes.
• - Oversee and ensure transparency in the financial administration and reporting mechanisms of the Trust.
