Key Responsibilities

• For Stenographers: Accurately transcribing court proceedings, preparing official legal documents, managing sensitive information, and providing comprehensive secretarial support to judicial officers.
• For Junior Clerks: Maintaining meticulous court records, performing efficient data entry, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, assisting with general office administration, and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the court.
• Adhering strictly to established judicial protocols, rules, and maintaining absolute confidentiality of all court matters.
• Collaborating effectively with court staff and legal professionals to ensure the streamlined functioning of judicial processes and administrative tasks.
