Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in a structured two-year industrial training program.
• Learn and strictly adhere to all company safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Gain practical experience in operating and maintaining plant machinery under supervision.
• Assist senior technicians, engineers, and analysts in daily operations.
• Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Develop proficiency in specialized trade skills such as chemical plant operations, electrical systems, instrumentation, and mechanical drafting.
• For Computer Operators: Perform data entry, manage records, and provide basic IT support.
• For Laboratory Analysts: Assist with sample collection, preparation, and testing procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of training progress, observations, and tasks completed.
