Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and team performance in assigned departments, including Mechanical Transport and Maintenance.
• Manage and maintain accurate records, documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance for various processes.
• Establish and enforce robust security protocols, supervising personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Conduct precise land surveys and manage property records with attention to detail (for Patwari and Surveyor roles).
• Supervise logistics, vehicle fleets, and inventory management for efficient departmental functioning.
• Provide efficient administrative and office support, including secretarial duties and correspondence management.
