Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at NESPAK

National Engineering Services Pakistan (NESPAK), a leading engineering consultancy firm in Pakistan, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team in Lahore. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial health and strategic direction of the company on an extendable contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust financial strategies, plans, and controls to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and treasury management.
• Manage financial risk and compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive management and board of directors.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, analysis, and presentation of financial performance.

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably within the engineering or consultancy sector, is essential. Applicants should generally be between 45 and 55 years of age.
