Key Responsibilities

  • Chief Internal Auditor (CIA): Oversee and direct comprehensive internal audit functions, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards, organizational policies, and best practices. Develop and execute strategic audit plans to safeguard company assets, enhance operational efficiencies, and maintain financial integrity.
  • Manager Research & Development: Lead and manage critical research projects focused on health policy, public health, health economics, and related fields. Drive innovative development initiatives to support and advance the company's strategic objectives and improve healthcare outcomes.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in auditing principles, financial compliance, and risk management for the CIA role.
  • Strong capabilities in research methodologies, data analysis, and policy development for the Manager R&D role.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and project management.

Qualifications

Prospective candidates must possess an ICMA, ACCA, or a Master’s degree in relevant disciplines such as Health Policy, Public Health, Health Economics, Health Planning, Health Administration, Public Policy, Economics, Sociology, Data Sciences, or Statistics. The qualification must be obtained from a university or institute recognized by the HEC or PMDC. A minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in the pertinent field is essential. Applicants should be within the age bracket of 50 to 55 years.
