Key Responsibilities

• Vice Principal (SSC/HSSC Wing & Cambridge Wing): Provide academic and administrative leadership, ensuring high educational standards and student success.
• Secondary / Higher Secondary Subject Specialist Teachers (Chemistry & Computer Science): Deliver engaging instruction in specialized subjects, foster critical thinking, and prepare students for advanced studies.
• Primary & Middle Wing Subject Specialist Teachers: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans for primary and middle school students across various subjects.
• Junior Wing Assistant Teacher (Female): Assist lead teachers in junior classes, support student learning, and contribute to a nurturing classroom environment.
• Information Technology Officer (ITO): Manage and maintain the college's IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure smooth operation of digital resources.

Candidates must meet the following educational and experience criteria:

• Vice Principal: An MS / MPhil degree is mandatory, coupled with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in an academic leadership role.
• Subject Specialist Teachers: A BS / MS / MSc degree in the relevant subject with 2 to 3 years of teaching experience. Holders of B.Ed / M.Ed degrees will be given preference.
• Junior Wing Assistant Teacher: A BA / BSc / BS degree complemented by an ECCE or Montessori Diploma.
• Information Technology Officer: A BS / MS degree in IT or Computer Science with 2 to 3 years of professional experience.
