Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced forensic examinations in specialized fields such as firearms, toxicology, DNA, trace chemistry, latent fingerprints, polygraph, narcotics, and crime & death scene investigation.
• Analyze evidence, interpret scientific results, and prepare comprehensive, accurate forensic reports.
• Provide expert testimony in legal proceedings when required.
• Participate actively in training programs and continuous professional development initiatives.
• Maintain strict adherence to laboratory protocols, quality assurance standards, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess a Ph.D., M.Phil, MBBS, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Forensic Science, Chemistry, Biology, Pathology, Toxicology, Firearms & Tool Marks) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in forensic science or a related field is required. Candidates must be between 23 and 40 years of age to be eligible for these positions.
