Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and opinions to the company's management on various matters.
• Represent the company effectively in lower courts for litigation and other legal proceedings.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, contracts, agreements, and policies to safeguard company interests.
• Ensure all company operations and practices are in strict compliance with national and provincial laws and regulations.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on relevant legal issues impacting the organization.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
• A minimum of five (5) years of active legal practice as an advocate, particularly in lower courts.
• Proven track record of success in handling legal matters and providing effective counsel.
• Candidates should possess an age between 30 to 40 years.
