Legal Advisor - Multan Development Authority (MDA)

The Multan Development Authority (MDA), a prominent government organization in Multan, Punjab, is seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Advisor. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and counsel to the Multan Development Authority on various matters.
• Represent the authority in legal proceedings and manage litigation in the High Court.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and government policies.
• Conduct legal research and provide opinions on complex legal issues affecting the authority.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold an LLB degree from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Candidates should possess a domicile of Punjab, specifically Multan district, to be eligible for this position. Preference will be given to advocates with a significant number of reported cases, demonstrating extensive practical experience.

Required Experience

• A minimum of five (05) years of experience as a practicing lawyer in the High Court is essential.
• Proven track record in legal advisory roles and effective case management.
