The Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) is currently inviting applications from highly motivated and skilled professionals for key senior roles, including Manager Marketing Communication & Research and Digital Marketing & Content Specialist. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing, communication, and research initiatives.
  • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including content strategy, social media management, online campaign execution, and performance analysis.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, inform program development, and refine communication strategies.
  • Create engaging and impactful content for various platforms, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with PSDF's mission and objectives.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships, enhance PSDF's public image, and expand outreach efforts to target audiences.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external partners to achieve organizational goals and project milestones.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Marketing Management and Communication strategies.
  • Extensive expertise in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media management, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience in conducting market research.
  • Exceptional content creation, writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Effective interpersonal, public relations, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university in relevant fields such as Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, Mass Communication, Film, TV, or Journalism. A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience is required, with consideration for up to 12 years depending on the specific role's demands. Applicants must belong to Punjab province.
