Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care, treatment, and support across various medical and surgical specialties.
- Assist senior medical officers and consultants in diagnostic procedures, examinations, and daily rounds.
- Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and maintain meticulous medical records.
- Ensure strict adherence to established clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate actively in ongoing training and professional development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities relevant to medical, nursing, or technical healthcare practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and team members.

- Proficiency in medical record-keeping and familiarity with basic computer applications.

Qualifications
Applicants should possess a wide range of educational backgrounds, from Matriculation with specialized technical diplomas (such as an OT & Anesthesia Technician Diploma) to advanced medical and nursing degrees including MBBS, FCPS, MCPS, BScN, or Midwifery Diplomas. Relevant professional experience, typically ranging from 1 to 7 years in a clinical or hospital setting, is essential. Specific qualification requirements will vary based on the position applied for, accommodating both junior and senior-level expertise.
