Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee office management and operational tasks for regional offices (Deputy Assistant Director).
  • Execute accurate and efficient data entry operations (Junior Executive).
  • Manage financial planning, accounting, and audit processes, ensuring compliance and robust financial health (Deputy Director, Assistant Director, Superintendent, Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts).
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital identity solutions, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM), data security, and system integration (Deputy Director - Manager Digital ID).

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational, administrative, and leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in data management, data entry, and relevant software applications.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and audit practices.
  • Expertise in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, digital identity frameworks, IAM, and data security protocols.

Qualifications

Candidates are expected to hold HEC-verified educational qualifications ranging from Intermediate (14 years) to Graduation, Masters (16 years), or equivalent degrees. Specific roles require professional certifications such as membership in ICAP, ICMA, or ACCA, or a Bachelor's (4 years) in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering with a Master's degree preferred for advanced positions. Relevant experience varies from preferably 1 year to a minimum of 8 years, with specific post-qualification experience required for managerial roles. Age limits generally range from 18 to 30 years, extending up to 44 years for senior positions, with a standard 5-year age relaxation already incorporated.
