Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Invigilator: Ensuring examination protocols are followed and maintaining test integrity.
- Coordinator: Managing test center logistics and facilitating smooth operations.
- Data Entry Operator: Accurately inputting and maintaining test-related data.
- Network Supervisor: Overseeing and troubleshooting network systems at test sites.
- Physical Instructor: Conducting and supervising physical assessment tests.
- Monitoring Officer: Observing test processes for quality assurance and compliance.
- Vigilance Officer: Preventing unauthorized activities during examinations.
- Event Organizer: Planning and executing various testing events.
- Chief Examiner: Supervising the examination process and examiner teams.
- Data Processor: Handling and processing large volumes of examination data.
- Shorthand Instructor: Conducting and evaluating shorthand skill assessments.
- Assistant Manager (Operations, Coordination, Project, Finance, Training, Marketing): Providing support in respective departmental functions and project management.
- Web Editor / Content Writer: Developing and managing online content and communications for OTS.
- Printer / Copier Technician: Ensuring the operational readiness of printing and copying equipment.
- Monitoring & Evaluation Officer: Assessing the effectiveness and impact of OTS programs.
- Audit & Tax Officer: Managing financial audits and ensuring tax compliance.
- Web Developer: Designing, developing, and maintaining OTS web platforms.
- PhDs / Experts: Contributing specialized knowledge and expertise to various projects.
- Administrative Assistant: Providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments.
- Office Cleaner: Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across OTS facilities.
- Legal Advisor: Offering legal guidance and ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications
Candidates are required to possess a minimum educational qualification ranging from Matriculation to a Master's degree, with specific requirements tailored to each position. Suitable applicants will hold degrees such as Matric, Intermediate, Graduation, or Masters from recognized institutions across Pakistan.
Experience Requirements
Applicants should generally have between 1 to 5 years of relevant professional experience. However, highly motivated fresh graduates demonstrating strong potential may also be considered for certain entry-level positions.
