Project Engineer - National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute technical tasks for national network expansion and optimization initiatives.
• Oversee technical coordination and ensure smooth network installation across various project sites.
• Manage equipment, logistics, and coordinate effectively with vendors and internal project delivery teams.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Contribute to the successful deployment of modern telecom technologies such as DWDM/OTN.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Engineering principles, particularly in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Electronics.
• Demonstrated experience in project supervision, management, and coordination.
• Strong technical skills in telecom systems, including DWDM/OTN, installation, testing, and implementation.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities for effective vendor and team coordination.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring project milestones are met.

Qualifications

Candidates are required to possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecom, Electrical, or Electronics), a DAE, or Matriculation with relevant professional experience. A typical requirement is 5 years of experience in telecom systems. Applicants should be between 25 and 35 years of age.
