Key Responsibilities

  • Manager (Operations): Oversee and optimize daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance with organizational policies, and effective project management. Lead and develop operational teams.
  • Management Associate: Provide comprehensive support to senior management, assist in the implementation of public policies, conduct thorough research, and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
  • Both roles involve working collaboratively within a dynamic environment to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in disciplines such as Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Public Policy, International Relations, or Development Administration from an institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). A minimum of 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in a relevant professional field is required. Candidates should be between 35 and 40 years of age.
