Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in enforcement operations and regulatory activities across Punjab.

Qualifications

  • For Sergeant (BS-07): Candidates must possess an Intermediate (Higher Secondary School Certificate) qualification from a recognized board. Age limit is 18 to 26 years. Physical standards for males include a minimum height of 5 feet 7 inches (173 cm), a chest measurement of 33 inches with expansion, and the ability to complete a 1-mile run in 7 minutes. Female candidates require a minimum height of 5 feet 2 inches (162 cm) and the ability to complete a 1-mile run in 11 minutes.
  • For Senior Sergeant (STRIKE – SPPP-4) & Sergeant (STRIKE – SPPP-5): Applicants must have passed Matriculation (Secondary School Certificate) from a recognized board, along with a minimum 6-month training course from a Law Enforcement Agency (LEA) or Armed Forces, and at least 10 years of service experience in LEAs or Armed Forces. The age limit for STRIKE posts is 35 to 50 years.
  • All applicants must hold a Punjab domicile. Selected candidates will be posted anywhere within Punjab based on departmental needs.
