Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for children to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's specific needs and goals.
• Monitor and document patient progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with parents, educators, and other healthcare professionals to support the child's development.
• Ensure all therapeutic practices adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, particularly with children and their families.
• Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills in speech and language pathology.
• Foundational knowledge in medical principles relevant to speech therapy.

Qualifications

• Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree, or a Diploma in Speech & Language Pathology / Speech Therapy from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized institution.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience from a recognized institute is required.
• Age: Candidates should be between 35 to 55 years of age.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
