WASA Lahore 2026 Job Vacancies: TBM Expert, Geo-Technical, Electrical & Mechanical, and Admin & Finance Managers

The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Lahore, operating under the Lahore Development Authority (LDA), is inviting highly skilled and experienced professionals for multiple key positions within its Project Management Unit (PMU). These contractual roles are part of the crucial "Lahore Wastewater and Drainage Management Project (LWDMP)," an initiative funded by the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) aimed at enhancing Lahore's sewerage system through trenchless technology. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in engineering, finance, and administration to contribute to a significant development project in Punjab.

Key Responsibilities

• TBM Expert / Geo-Technical Expert: Provide specialized technical guidance on Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) operations and geo-technical assessments, ensuring project feasibility and stability for the trenchless sewerage system development.
• Manager (Electrical & Mechanical): Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical systems vital for the project, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
• Manager (Admin & Finance): Lead the administrative and financial management functions of the project, including budgeting, financial reporting, procurement, and HR support, to ensure smooth project execution and fiscal accountability.

Required Skills

• Proven expertise in specialized engineering disciplines (geo-technical, electrical, mechanical).
• Strong financial management and administrative capabilities, including budgeting and project accounting.
• Excellent project management and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technical tools.

Qualifications

• Education: Candidates should possess a Master's degree (MBA, MSc) or professional certifications such as ACCA/ACMA, or a Bachelor's degree (BSc) in a relevant engineering, finance, or business administration discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Experience: A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in project management, engineering, or finance, preferably within large-scale infrastructure or government projects.
• Age Limit: Applicants must be between 50 to 57 years of age.
• Domicile: Punjab domiciled candidates are eligible, with a preference for applicants domiciled in Lahore.
