Key Responsibilities

  • For Accounts Assistant: Managing financial records, processing invoices, assisting with budget preparation, and generating financial reports.
  • For Key Punch Operator: Accurate and efficient data entry, maintaining databases, verifying information, and supporting administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Accounts Assistant (BPS-14): A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or BS (Accounting & Finance) with at least a 2nd Division or equivalent CGPA from a HEC-recognized university.
  • Key Punch Operator (BPS-11): Graduation from a HEC-recognized university along with a 06-month certification course in MS Office from a recognized institute.
  • Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 to 28 years old.
  • Domicile: Applicants must be domiciled in the Province of Sindh.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in accounting principles and practices (for Accounts Assistant).
  • Strong computer literacy, including advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent data entry speed and accuracy.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a government administrative environment.
