Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, supervision, and enhancement of public health service delivery mechanisms throughout Sindh.
• Support the implementation of critical health programs, with a particular focus on Mother, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) initiatives.
• Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and effective program operations.
• Monitor field activities and ensure service delivery aligns with government policies and project objectives.
• Coordinate effectively with various government departments, healthcare facilities, and project teams.
• Review comprehensive reports and analyze health data using systems such as DHIS2 and HMIS to identify areas for improvement.

• Profound understanding and practical experience with MIS, DHIS2, and HMIS systems.
• Proven ability in program management and administration within the public health sector.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or a closely related field. A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant professional experience within the public health sector is required. Prior experience specifically in MNCH programs will be considered a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will also have practical field experience and a commitment to public sector service.
