The Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC), an independent regulatory body dedicated to improving healthcare standards for the 96 million people of Punjab, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual for the role of Additional Director, Monitoring, Evaluation & Quality Assurance (MEQA). This pivotal position requires a dynamic professional committed to ensuring high-quality and safe healthcare service delivery across the province, playing a key role in the commission's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive monitoring and evaluation frameworks for healthcare services.
  • Oversee quality assurance initiatives to ensure compliance with established healthcare standards and regulations.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and propose strategic interventions.
  • Provide expert guidance and leadership to teams involved in monitoring, evaluation, and quality assurance activities.
  • Contribute to policy development and regulatory reforms aimed at enhancing healthcare quality and safety.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders on MEQA outcomes.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Master's degree or higher in Public Health, Health Management, Health Information, Medicine, Pharmacy, Business Analytics, Total Quality Management, or an equivalent postgraduate degree from an HEC / PM&DC recognized institution. Preference will be given to candidates holding an MBBS/BDS degree with additional post-graduation in Clinical or Administrative Services.
