Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security strategies and policies to safeguard the bank's assets and premises.
• Oversee all security operations, including physical security, surveillance, and access control across the branch network.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation measures to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
• Lead and manage the security team, ensuring adherence to established protocols and continuous training.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and effective incident response.
• Investigate security incidents, breaches, and suspicious activities, preparing detailed reports and recommendations.
