This prestigious recruitment drive offers opportunities across various branches, including General Duty Pilot (GD (P)), Aeronautical Engineering, Air Defence, Logistics, Administration & Special Duties, and Short Service Commission (SSC / SPSSC) roles in Engineering, Accounts, Education, and MET. Key Responsibilities

  • General Duty Pilot (GD(P)): Undertake flying missions, operational duties, and contribute to aerial defense strategies.
  • Aeronautical Engineering: Design, develop, maintain, and oversee the integrity of aircraft and related systems.
  • Air Defence: Manage and operate sophisticated air defense systems to safeguard national airspace.
  • Logistics: Ensure efficient supply chain management, inventory control, and resource allocation for PAF operations.
  • Admin & Special Duties: Handle diverse administrative functions and execute specialized tasks within the Air Force framework.
  • Engineering Branch (SSC): Engage in specific engineering projects and maintenance protocols based on specialization.
  • Accounts Branch: Manage financial records, budgeting, and auditing activities to ensure fiscal transparency.
  • Education Branch: Contribute to the training and academic development of PAF personnel in various disciplines.
  • MET Branch: Provide critical meteorological data and forecasts essential for air operations and mission planning.

Qualifications

Applicants must be male Pakistani citizens. Specific eligibility criteria vary by branch but generally require a strong academic background and physical fitness:

  • Age: Generally between 20 to 26 years, with exceptions for certain education branches allowing up to 29 years.
  • Height: Minimum 5 feet 4 inches (163 cm) for male candidates.
  • Marital Status: Both married and unmarried individuals are eligible to apply.
  • Educational Requirements:
    • GD Pilot (GD(P)) / Air Defence Course / Logistics Course / Admin & Special Duties Course: F.Sc (Pre-Engineering / Pre-Medical / Computer Science) or 'A' Level with Physics and Maths/Biology, achieving at least 60% aggregate marks.
    • Aeronautical Engineering Course: Matric with 1st Division, and F.Sc Part I & II (Pre-Engineering with Chemistry) or 'A' Level (Physics, Maths, Chemistry) with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks.
    • Engineering Branch (SSC / SPSSC): A B.E. in Chemical Engineering or equivalent. Candidates with an M.S. degree will be given preference.
    • Education Branch (SSC / SPSSC): M.Phil. / M.S. in subjects such as Mathematics, Psychology, Education, English, Statistics, or Islamiat, with a minimum of 65% marks from an HEC-recognized university.
    • Accounts Branch (SSC): B.Com (4 Years), BBA (4 Years), M.Com, MBA, ACCA, ACMA, or B.S. (4 Years) in Accounting & Finance with a minimum 2nd Division from an HEC-recognized university.
    • MET Branch (SSC): B.Sc. / B.E. / B.C.S. in Science subjects (Physics / Mathematics Compulsory) OR M.Sc. / M.S. in Meteorology / Environmental Sciences / Physics / Mathematics from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent physical fitness, commitment to service, and discipline are highly valued.
