Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Required Skills

  • Proven capabilities in management and administration.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional experience in human resources or a related administrative role is required. Candidates must be Pakistani nationals and fall within the age bracket of 25 to 35 years.
