Graphic Designer, Non-Linear Editor (NLE), and Videographer Positions - Board of Revenue Punjab

The Board of Revenue Punjab, in collaboration with its Project Management Unit (PMU) for the Punjab Urban Land Record System Enhancement (PULSE) and the Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA), is seeking highly qualified and motivated professionals. These contract-based opportunities are open to Punjab-domiciled candidates for roles vital in enhancing communication and visual outreach. Key Responsibilities

• Design and create compelling visual graphics for various digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Perform comprehensive non-linear video editing, including color correction, sound design, and motion graphics integration.
• Execute professional videography, including planning, shooting, and post-production for diverse projects and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging multimedia content that supports project objectives and public information campaigns.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets in line with project requirements and deadlines.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and principles.
• Expertise in non-linear editing (NLE) systems (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and video production workflows.
• Strong videography skills, including camera operation, lighting, audio recording, and visual storytelling.
• Effective communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Basic understanding of administrative processes and government operations.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Media Studies, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Communication) from a recognized university.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in graphic design, video editing, or videography.
• Candidates must hold a domicile of Punjab province.
• Applicants should be between 35 and 45 years of age.
• Positions are available on various quotas, including for disabled persons, minorities, women, and children of serving/retired government servants (BS-1 to 5).
