Description

The District and Session Court Badin is actively recruiting dedicated individuals for various contractual judicial support positions. Opportunities are available across different Basic Pay Scales (BPS-03 to BPS-11), offering a chance to contribute to the public sector. Ideal candidates are residents of Badin and possess the necessary educational background and experience for roles such as Junior Clerk, Driver, Bailiff, Naib Qasid, Chowkidar, and Farash. These positions are extendable based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Junior Clerk (BPS-11): Perform administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, record keeping, and assisting court officials.
  • Driver (BPS-07): Ensure safe and timely transportation of authorized personnel, documents, and equipment as required by the court.
  • Bailiff (BPS-05): Assist in maintaining order within the court premises, serving summons, and supporting judicial proceedings.
  • Naib Qasid (BPS-03): Carry out general office tasks such as dispatching mail, delivering documents, and assisting staff as needed.
  • Chowkidar (BPS-03): Responsible for security and surveillance of the court building and premises.
  • Farash (BPS-03): Provide general support and perform miscellaneous tasks within the court.

Required Skills

  • Computer Basics: Proficiency in fundamental computer operations is advantageous, particularly for clerical roles.
  • Typing: Demonstrated typing speed and accuracy for data entry and document preparation.
  • Communication: Clear and effective verbal communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and adhere to instructions.

Qualifications

  • Education: Candidates must possess qualifications ranging from Primary, Middle, Matriculation, to Intermediate, depending on the specific post applied for.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience is generally required.
  • Domicile: Applicants must hold a valid domicile certificate for Badin district.
  • Age: Candidates should generally be between 20 to 28 years of age.
