Punjab Mineral Company (PMC), a government-owned entity dedicated to the exploration, production, and marketing of minerals within Punjab Province, is seeking highly skilled and professional individuals for several key managerial roles. These contract-based positions are critical for the company's strategic growth and operational excellence, offering a dynamic environment for experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chief Financial Officer: Overseeing all financial operations, strategic financial planning, risk management, and ensuring robust fiscal health and compliance for the company.
  • General Manager (Business Development): Driving new business initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding PMC's market presence.
  • General Manager (Technical & Operations): Managing technical operations, optimizing mineral production processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and implementing best practices in the field.
  • General Manager (Support Services): Leading and streamlining administrative, human resources, and other vital support functions to ensure smooth internal operations and an effective organizational structure.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent management and administration capabilities.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting (for CFO).
  • Proven business development and negotiation skills (for GM Business Development).
  • Expertise in technical operations and project management (for GM Technical & Operations).
  • Exceptional organizational and human resource management skills (for GM Support Services).

Qualifications

Applicants must possess a strong academic background, including CA / ACCA / CMA / MBA / BBA, or a Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Geosciences, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Public Administration. A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience is required, with up to 15 years preferred for senior roles.
