Key Responsibilities

  • For Patwari: Maintain accurate land records, verify property details, facilitate land transactions, and assist in resolving land-related queries.
  • For Account Assistant: Manage financial records, process invoices and payments, assist in budget preparation, perform bank reconciliations, and support general accounting operations.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in administration and office management.
  • Strong command of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Ability to work diligently and with attention to detail.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or I.Com (Intermediate in Commerce) from a recognized university or board. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar capacity is essential for these roles.
