UC Supervisor for Waste Management Operations – Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC)

The Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) is seeking dedicated and experienced individuals for the contractual position of UC Supervisor. This role is pivotal in supporting the modernization and efficient operation of solid waste management systems across various areas of Lahore. Successful candidates will play a key part in improving urban cleanliness and public health initiatives through effective supervision and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage solid waste collection and disposal operations at the Union Council (UC) level within Lahore.
• Oversee and direct the on-ground workforce and labor to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Implement and monitor operational requirements and policies as per LWMC standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and modernization of waste management practices.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within designated operational zones.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (14 years of education) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master's degree. A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in fields such as Business Administration, Public Administration, Logistics Management, or Solid Waste Management, particularly involving workforce or labor management, is required. Candidates with a Diploma of Sanitary Inspector will also receive preference. The age limit for applicants is between 18 and 35 years. Candidates holding a domicile of Lahore will be given priority.
