CAD Operator

The Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC), operating under the administrative guidance of the Local Government & Community Development Department, is seeking a qualified CAD Operator for its Lahore office. This contract-based position is part of the Punjab Cities Program (PCP), aimed at enhancing municipal services across Punjab. Ideal candidates will possess strong technical skills and relevant experience in CAD operations to contribute to the company's development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CAD software proficiently to create, modify, and review technical drawings and designs.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed plans, schematics, and layouts for municipal development projects.
• Ensure all designs comply with engineering standards, project specifications, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to translate concepts into accurate digital drafts.
• Maintain and organize CAD files and drawing archives effectively.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
• Strong technical drawing and drafting skills.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a 2-year Diploma in Draftsmanship from an institution recognized by the Punjab Government. A minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience specifically in CAD operations is required. Applicants must be between 35 and 45 years of age.
