Description

The Women Development Department, Government of Sindh, is actively seeking qualified individuals to fill various BPS-06 positions on a contract basis. We are inviting applications from eligible Sindh domicile holders for roles such as House Keeper, House Mother, and Social Worker. These positions are based in Karachi and offer a vital opportunity to contribute to social welfare and community development initiatives within the province.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within designated facilities (House Keeper).
  • Provide nurturing care, supervision, and emotional support to residents in welfare homes (House Mother).
  • Conduct assessments, offer counseling, and facilitate access to essential resources for individuals and families (Social Worker).
  • Assist in the implementation of departmental programs aimed at women's empowerment and welfare.
  • Uphold departmental policies and procedures to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar capacity.
  • Applicants must be between 21 and 28 years of age.
  • Candidates must hold a valid domicile of Sindh province.
  • Prior experience in social services, caregiving, or administrative roles will be highly regarded.
